Wolf Song Fisheries is a Native American Tribal fishing company since 1978.
Nchewana, the Big River known as the Columbia River is the longest river on the U.S. West Coast. Because the salmon here have a longer journey
they have a higher fat content or omega 3 oil and the richest taste of all west coast salmon including Copper River Salmon.
Our fishing methods drift gill net (like in above photo), dip net and hook & line insure that all fish are live caught. After fish are caught they are bled
so there will be no bruising or blood in flesh. Then fish are slushed on board for rapid cooling to insure top quality and this is why most of our fish
are still in rigor when we sell them.
OUR FISH PROCESSING FACILITY, WE ARE HACCP FISH FILLETING IN OUR FISH PLANT
CERTIFIED AND REGISTERED WITH THE USDA.
